A variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles. The main purpose of Swedish Massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Other possible benefits include stimulation of circulation, and increase in muscle tone, and a balance of the muscular-skeletal systems. The usual sequence in which a Swedish Massage strokes are conducted are effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration percussion, and finally passive and active movements (bending and stretching).
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep Tissue Massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as a Swedish Massage but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots. It's important to drink a lot of water after deep tissue massage to help flush lactic acid out of the tissues.

Thai massage is also called Thai Yoga Massage because the therapist uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga like stretches. Many people say Thai Massage is like doing Yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. People describe Thai Massage as both relaxing and energizing. Thai Massage is done on a padded mat on the floor. No lotion is applied so you are fully dressed. You are asked to bring or wear comfortable clothing for the massage.
